Bokor Mountain

 This is the "Khmer House" that we stayed in. In the background is Bokor Mountain. In the 1920's the French who lived in Cambodia built a resort town on the top of the mountain to get away from the heat of Phnom Penh.

 The village we stayed in mainly "Cham", a small Muslim people group in Cambodia.

 This is a huge idol made to the god of the mountain. They're building a shrine there.

 This is the Catholic church in the French village that was built on top of the mountain.

 This is the old casino that the French had built. They are currently repainting it.

 It was much cooler on top of the mountain. The kids were freezing! They were trying to eat the clouds because it was so foggy!

 This is the King's old palace on top of the mountain.

 This is the monkey that tried to attack Isobel. (Seriously.) It didn't like her for some reason, JT had to shield me and her from the monkey while I carried her and ran back to the car. It was scary and now she maybe emotionally scarred from the incident and have a phobia of monkeys.

There is a new road now, but this is the old road that the French had built going up to the mountain.
