This is Dragon Fruit. I've never seen it in America, only in Cambodia. The outside is bright pink and it kind of looks like dragon scales. The inside is white with these small seeds. Isobel ate her first dragon fruit yesterday and loved it! Except, she makes a huge mess when she eats it and ends up with little black seeds stuck to her face, in her hair and all over her body!
